Direct Energie, directe arnaque ? - GREGOR LOUIS ANDRE , Ze Blog !
Ainsi, je fus démarché par un agent commercial de Direct Energie qui a réussi à pénétrer dans mon immeuble pourtant sécurisé par un interphone qui oblige tout visiteur extérieur à se présenter. Je me demandais donc ce que cette personne faisait devant mon pallier. Après enquête dans ma cage d'escalier, il apparaît que cette personne s'est présentée comme un agent EDF. Premier point : Usurpation d'identité. Ensuite, cet agent commercial me sert un laïus incroyable, mêlant EDF-GRD, EDF sans annoncer le nom de son employeur.
